We are seeking Property Data Collectors to assist in the field with gathering key information on residential properties. This role includes visiting homes to capture photographs, perform LIDAR scans for accurate measurements, and document observations related to quality, condition, views, and overall functionality.

While we provide training on our systems and standards, applicants must have prior experience in real estate, construction, or property inspections, and be able to pass a background check. Reliable transportation and an iPhone model with LIDAR capability (iPhone 12 Pro or newer) are required.

This is a part-time, non-exempt employee position, compensated on a per-assignment basis.
